What It Does
Wortwise helps you build a German vocabulary habit in a few focused minutes a day. Practice 1,000 German words, choose English or Modern Standard Arabic meanings, and learn with examples you can read and hear.
Start with a word, try to recall its meaning, then reveal the answer. Rate how well you remembered it, and Wortwise schedules the next review. A small daily goal keeps each session manageable.
Coming soon to the App Store. The planned launch price in Germany is €4.99, paid once. No subscription or in-app purchases. Prices in other regions may vary.
Features

Requirements
- iPhone or iPad running iOS 17 or later.
- An installed German system voice for pronunciation. A voice may need a one-time download in iOS Settings before speech works offline.
- An internet connection for App Store downloads and support links.
Your Learning Stays on Your Device
Wortwise stores profiles, bookmarks, and learning progress locally. There is no built-in cloud sync or progress export. Deleting the app removes its local progress; device backups depend on your Apple settings.
Wortwise is a vocabulary companion, not a complete German course or a CEFR qualification. Publisher Mazen Alsenih reviewed and approved all 1,000 Arabic meanings on 29 October 2026.
